Overview

Obenan is an AI-native SaaS platform for digital presence management: businesses keep information accurate, synchronize listings across 100+ platforms, automate review management with AI-assisted responses, and prepare for AI-driven search and agent-based commerce. The platform serves 1,500+ managed locations across 43+ countries, 900+ cities, and 40+ industries — from single-location merchants to enterprise franchises.

I worked across the platform’s products — Obenan Dashboard, Landing Platform, and OmniPulse — sharing UI primitives via a TurboRepo monorepo. The web surfaces are SEO-friendly, multilingual Next.js (SSR/SSG) apps with Strapi CMS powering dynamic marketing content, and enterprise dashboards surfacing visibility, reputation, and business analytics.

On the backend I developed REST APIs and business services in Node.js/Express with PostgreSQL — business data synchronization, review platform integrations, third-party directory APIs, and authentication — and improved API performance, data consistency, and reliability.

The AI layer spans AI visibility optimization, AI-assisted review responses and sentiment insights, and MCP-based agent integrations that make merchant data consumable by AI assistants — positioning businesses for AI-to-AI commerce.

What I built

  • Led frontend architecture across three products — Obenan Dashboard, Landing Platform, and OmniPulse — sharing UI primitives via a TurboRepo monorepo.
  • Built SEO-friendly, multilingual experiences with Next.js SSR/SSG and i18n, powered by Strapi CMS.
  • Developed backend REST APIs and business services with Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL — listing synchronization, review platform integrations, and third-party directory APIs.
  • Delivered enterprise dashboards and analytics interfaces surfacing visibility, reputation, and business metrics, on a reusable, on-brand UI library.
